Sponsorship Information
How the sponsorship process works:This event relies mostly on companies and corporate sponsors who will donate money and/or products toward the event in exchange for advertising and publicity opportunities. Other funds will be raised through entry fees paid by participants, the sales of limited edition custom event t-shirts and skateboard decks, as well as, prize raffles at the event.
There are 3 Corporate Sponsorship Packages available, although, any and all donation amounts are greatly appreciated. All Donors will receive a letter from the Friends of Our Parks Foundation (FOOP) which can be used for tax purposes.
WHERE DO THE FUNDS GO?
All proceeds raised will go directly to The Friends of Our Parks Foundation (FOOP). The money raised from this year’s event will be used for building an addition onto the existing skate park for a Junior Skater area for younger participants in the community and if enough money is raised, a skate-able picnic table obstacle for the main skate park area.
The Friends of Our Parks Foundation (FOOP) is a not-for-profit 501(c) (3) corporation which was established by the City of Tallahassee.
